We are proud of our regional butchers who, as standard, will be BRC and Red Tractor accredited. They ensure a daily delivery of meat to our schools ensuring fresh, regionally sourced products.
We work with a family-run fruit and vegetable supplier which farms over 600 hectares of land across 10 farms in the South of the UK . They grow around 100 different crops each year. The field to fork experience is vital for us at Stir and this approach ensures schools receive UK grown (Where possible) produce each day.
